I work across the full arc of a project: investment analysis and feasibility before anything is designed, design and pre-construction alignment before anything is built, and active construction leadership through to completion. I've done this on coastal estates, working homesteads, and remote builds in conditions most people wouldn't attempt. The range is the point.
