Selected Projects
Much of my work is done quietly and with respect for client privacy.
Below are two public-facing projects that reflect the kind of clarity, craft, and long-term value I help bring to complex properties.
Each one tells a different story — but they share a consistent throughline: disciplined design, thoughtful execution, and stewardship that endures.
Bainbridge Estate
Six-acre coastal estate renovation + property revitalization
A multi-million-dollar coastal renovation for a private family office. I oversaw every aspect of the project: team assembly, construction coordination, landscape preservation, and preparing the property for resale. The result: a revitalized estate aligned with long-term value.
Scope: Land planning, utility improvements, landscape redesign, construction oversight, team curation & management
Key Outcome: Sold for $4.5M after completion
Noll Farm
28-acre homestead renovation + retreat development
A historic homestead in Poulsbo, WA reimagined as a retreat property and long-term asset. I led the full design + build oversight: wildflower meadows, cabin restoration, yurt retreat, trail systems, and property programming. I also developed the full brand and listing strategy, collaborating with Sotheby’s International Realty to position the property for market.
Scope: Land planning, design + build oversight, branding, listing strategy
Key Features: Wildflower meadows, sleeping cabin, yurt, forest trails
